We want to make accommodation more affordable for you, so we try to reduce the cost of accommodation wherever possible without compromising on service quality—this makes it easier to offer lower rental prices. Specifically, we try to avoid unnecessary expenses, one of which is bank fees for payments. If the payer uses a card or the Pay system, the bank charges us a 5% commission for such an incoming payment. Logically, accommodation would then have to be 5% more expensive. If you pay via SBP, the bank charges us a commission of just under 1%. Therefore, the price of accommodation does NOT currently include the 5% bank commission. That is why we are asking you to help us reduce the cost of your accommodation. However, if for any reason you need to make a payment by card or through the Pay system, please pay 5% more.
